Building Up the Body of Christ
Not all of our work involves starting new churches — much of it involves building up the ones that already exist. Avad Christian Ministries provides ongoing support, training, and resources to existing churches and their leaders across Uganda, helping them grow stronger in doctrine, governance, worship, outreach, and community impact.
We believe in local pastoral empowerment, fostering healthy accountability structures, and establishing peer networks to coordinate evangelism campaigns collectively.
Our Church Strengthening Programs Include:
- Pastoral conferences and leadership summits gathering regional ministers for intensive training and doctrine alignment
- Church health assessments helping local congregations identify administrative and structural areas for development
- Worship arts, youth ministry, and organizational skill training workshops
- Peer-to-peer church networks connecting stronger assemblies with smaller, rural plants for sharing resources
- Crisis support network for churches facing community or material challenges
